We delivers goods by Royal Mail
Special Delivery or Courier. We
can deliver to all UK and Eire
addresses.
Unfortunately at this time we
cannot take orders for delivery
to international addresses.We
only accept online orders which
are placed with a UK registered
card and delivered to a UK
address. However, we may be able
to send an order to an
International address if the
order is placed using a UK
registered card. Please contact

We charge £7 for your first item
purchased and £5 per additional
item.
Ordered goods will normally be
delivered to the UK within 3-5
working days, Western Europe: 15
working days and anywhere else:
20 working days, of your order
being accepted, unless otherwise
notified to you by us.
Returning Items

Please note that goods that
have been worn or altered in any
way CANNOT be accepted for
exchange or return.
Unworn/unsuitable items can be
returned in the following ways:
From within the UK - When
returning your products complete
the returns form provided,
please remember that the
products are your
responsibility, as a customer,
until they reach us.
For your own protection, we
recommend that you send any
returns using a delivery service
that insures you for the value
of the goods, for example Royal
Mail Special or Recorded
Delivery in the UK.
Do not forget to keep your
Certificate of Posting from you
Post Office and hold onto it
until you have received your
refund
Please complete the returns
form provided in your parcel,
ensure that the goods are packed
in the original mamnufacturere's
packing and condition they were
received in, securely wrap your
parcel and send to the following

We do not pay for return
postage, this will be at your
own cost.
Multiple orders will arrive
together and any unwanted items
should be returned with itemised
proof of posting. Please
remember that these items are
your responsibility until they
reach us. Flyjack accepts no
responsibility for any goods
that are lost in transit to us.
From outside of the UK –
complete the returns slip
provided in your parcel,ensure
that the goods are packed in the
original mamnufacturere's
packing and condition they were

Unworn/unsuitable items must be
returned to us within 28 days of
receipt.
Please also allow up to 14
working days from receiving your
goods back into our warehouse
for us to process your refund /

To exchange items purchased
online, you will need to return
items for a refund and then
re-submit a new order. Please
note that this will incur the
standard postage and packaging
charges of a new order which
cannot be refunded unless goods
are faulty.
REFUND

Once your goods are accepted
back into stock you will be
issued with a refund. We can
only refund to the card
originally used for payment. We
regret that postage and packing
charges cannot be refunded.
Please note that goods that
have been worn or altered in any
way CANNOT be accepted for
excahnge or return.
We do not offer refunds or
exchanges on unworn/unused Sale
items (reduced price items)
Any claim by you that any
footwear is defective or not of
satisfactory quality, must be
notified to us by telephone,
e-mail or letter within 7 days
from the date of delivery or,
where this was not apparent on
reasonable inspection, within 7
days after discovery or 30 days
after despatch by us, whichever
is the earlier. If you do not
notify us accordingly, we shall
have no liability for such
failure or defect.
If you make a valid claim under
bullet point above, we shall
replace the ordered goods in
question free of charge or, at
our sole discretion, refund in
full the payment made in respect
of such goods, but we shall have
no further liability for such
failure or defect. Such
replacement or refund is
conditional upon the ordered
goods in question having been
returned to us.
We shall be under no liability
in respect of any defect arising
from fair wear and tear, wilful
damage, negligence, abnormal
usage conditions, failure to
follow our instruction (whether
oral or in writing), misuse or
alteration or repair of the
ordered goods without approval
